Specification sheet

Scope: Common areas, tenant suites, restrooms, kitchens, elevator lobbies, loading dock
Frequency: Five nights per week, 18:00 to 02:00, plus day porter 07:00 to 15:00
Service level: Corrective action closed within 24 business hours of a logged finding
Crew: 1 technician per 32,000 to 38,000 cleanable sq ft, plus a working supervisor per shift
Included: Consumables management, entry mat programme, high dust quarterly, glass touch daily

Office cleaning

Nightly janitorial and day porter coverage for multi tenant towers and single tenant headquarters.

Specification sheet

Scope: Exam and operatory rooms, sterile processing corridors, waiting areas, staff areas, restrooms
Frequency: Daily routine, terminal clean between cases or at close per your infection control plan
Service level: Two hour on site response for a contamination event, 24 hour corrective action
Crew: Dedicated named technicians only, no floating pool, background checked and badge cleared
Included: Colour coded microfibre, EPA registered disinfectants, documented contact times, logs retained 12 months

Scope: Classrooms, corridors, cafeteria, gymnasium, locker rooms, administrative offices, restrooms
Frequency: Nightly during term, plus summer deep clean and strip and wax in the June to August window
Service level: Restroom checks logged three times per school day, corrective action same day
Crew: Fixed assignment per building, all staff cleared under Illinois school vendor requirements
Included: Green Seal certified chemistry, touch point rounds, gym floor care, summer restoration

Classroom, corridor and gymnasium cleaning for districts, charter networks and private schools.

Scope: Racking aisles, dock areas, break rooms, restrooms, office mezzanine, guard house
Frequency: Shift aligned, typically seven days for 24 hour operations, ride on scrubbing nightly
Service level: Spill response within 45 minutes during covered shifts
Crew: Certified ride on scrubber operators, high visibility PPE, forklift traffic awareness training
Included: Ride on autoscrubbing, dust control, drain maintenance, dock apron pressure wash quarterly

Industrial and warehouse

Concrete floor care, break area sanitation and dust control for distribution and light manufacturing.

Scope: Debris removal, dust remediation, glazing, fixtures, millwork, floors, final detail
Frequency: Phased to your schedule. Rough clean, final clean, then touch up before handover
Service level: Crew mobilised within 72 hours of a signed release, phase 3 punch closed in 48 hours
Crew: OSHA 10 minimum, hard hat, eye and hand protection, site specific orientation before entry
Included: HEPA vacuuming, film and sticker removal, three pass glass, ceiling grid dust, tile grout haze

Scope: VCT, terrazzo, polished concrete, LVT, sealed hardwood, ceramic, carpet tile and broadloom
Frequency: Burnish weekly to monthly, scrub and recoat quarterly, strip and refinish annually
Service level: Scheduled 21 days ahead in writing, floors returned to service by the agreed opening time
Crew: Floor care specialists on a separate crew from the nightly janitorial team
Included: Five coat finish on refinish, wet floor signage plan, slip resistance maintained, before and after photos

Floor care

Strip and wax, burnish, scrub and recoat, carpet extraction and hard surface restoration.

Scope: High touch points, shared equipment, restrooms, food areas, and targeted response cleans
Frequency: Daily touch point rounds, plus scheduled or on demand response disinfection
Service level: Response disinfection mobilised within 4 hours, report filed within 24 hours
Crew: Technicians trained on the specific product label, dwell time and PPE for your site
Included: Product selection from the applicable EPA list, dilution control, logged wet contact times

EPA registered disinfection with documented contact times and touch point rounds.
